Robert is an experienced and accomplished infrastructure and economic adviser and funding facilitator globally. Over an extensive consultancy career, he has raised well over $100 billion for various infrastructure and commercial projects.

Robert grew up on the Copper Belt of Zambia bordering DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) with world's largest mineral reserves. He began his career at an early age, advising Tiny Rowland, the founder of LONRHO, on their extensive business network.

Past Projects covered;

-$293m Kpong Water project in Ghana, building thousands of homes in Nigeria and classrooms in Madagascar utilising US technologies and skills, radically transformed house-building efficiencies across the UK housing industry, initiated in Mozambique largest anthracite coal mine in the southern hemisphere, as well as helping to grow the largest transport company in the southern hemisphere, Zimbabwe, Wheels of Africa. 

Over the years he has represented or advised numerous international corporations such as;

Dubai International Capital, Hill International and WSP in UAE - Arab Contractors, Madinaty City in Cairo, Egypt - World Bank, AIG, DLA Piper, Anadarko, Kosmos and Lehman Brothers of the US – KPMG, Dentons, Rio Tinto, Cheyne Capital, Tullow, Vitol, Petroceltic of the UK - HGL Greven, Siemens, Jos Hansen & Soehne as well as EWE of Germany - European Investment Bank, Luxembourg - OLAM,  Ducat Maritime, Switzerland - ENI of Italy - NNPC of Nigeria - Yingli Solar, CGGC, and SINOPEC of China.

Robert also worked on various projects covering more than 100 countries around the world.

At the RC Group, Robert Chairs the Board, infrastructure implementation and looks after the Company’s relationships across the Globe. 

Stan has more than 19 years’ experience in Capital Markets and Financial Services in London covering Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management and Advisory, specialising in Strategy, deal origination and architect, structuring, and risk management.

Stan is the co-founder and Partner of The RC Group and Savile Row Investments.

Stan’s investment experience has seen his trajectory through corporations such as JP Morgan, as an Analyst, Prudential, and Momentum Global Investment Management, and well as oversight roles on Investment Committees, Corporate Governance and Compliance in various boutique investment firms in London, that specialise in infrastructure development funds.

His vast network and connections set him as a lead Investor and deal architect in London. 

At The RC Group, Stan’s role is leading the Firm’s Vision, Investment strategy and Capital deployment.

Stan is studying for an MBA with the University of Bradford School of Management, with a focus on international Business Strategy.

Past Projects covered;

-Origination and Strategy to identify suitable acquisition targets and relaunch an iconic British sports car as an Electric sports car. Strategy to; finance the project and finding suitable management team, and manufacturing partners.

-Bid to acquire West Ham United FC, a top premier football club in London. Deal origination and structuring, leading to agreements with the City of London, LLDC, to take over the London Olympic Stadium, and a JV to manage and control the London Olympic village.
